-Energetic, Fun, Varied 50-60 Minute Workouts. Total Body Fitness Which Will Help Lead To You Being Stronger, Healthier, Less Anxious, and More Productive. You get out of it what you put into it!
-Workouts Will Be Either Individual Circuits or Rotating Circuits Where We Will Be Working Many Different Body Parts Throughout The Workout!
-Access to Coaches 24/7 via email for any questions or concerns you may have
*Note: While we have some weights on site, if you would like a more personal experience, please bring your own set of dumb-bells to the workout.*
Two Days A Week. Either a Monday/Wednesday, Wednesday/Friday, or Tuesday/Thursday program!
Before work, lunch time, or after work!
Office grounds and surrounding areas. A BlueSky Program Director will come to survey your site to see if it would be an adequate space to get in a great fitness program.
